A stunning & luxurious family retreat!

This villa is a newly renovated detached Rustico, located on the desirable Argegno hillside overlooking the central part of Lake Como.

This beautiful property enjoys a large fenced garden with great facilities including a private outdoor pool, as well as flexible sleeping accommodation making this the ideal holiday home!

Inside, the property provides a very stylish and elegant interior offering a very spacious living room which provides two very comfortable seating areas, one of which surrounds a romantic fireplace and the second of which features a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and large windows with panoramic mountain and partial lake views.

There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with a central dining table seating up to 6 guests. Upstairs the accommodation is flexible and perfect for a family staying, with a spacious master double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunkbeds and single bed, a third bedroom with twin single beds and a fourth smaller separate sleeping area with a futon for any additional guests.

This villa also offers a modern and newly fitted bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a convenient second toilet.

Outside guests can enjoy the well maintained and sunny fenced garden, which is mainly laid to lawn with a terraced area ideal for \'al fresco\' dining, and guests can also enjoy the large unheated swimming pool. There is also adequate space in the grounds for parking.

Access to the property is along a well-maintained secondary road, which is located just 4 km from the Argegno lakefront. The charming town of Argegno offers guests an interesting, and very Italian blend of medieval romanticism with modern amentities, which include trendy restaurants and bars.

A frequent ferry service runs from the town offering a car-free alternative to exploring Lake Como if desired. The world famous Vista D’Este Golf course is also located just a 10 minute’s drive away in Cernobbio and the cosmopolitan lakeside city of Como is just a 15 minute’s drive away, making Argegno a great place to both relax and enjoy your Lake Como holiday!

There are beautiful views of the mountain and valley, and distant views of the lake. The property is lovely with many specimens of trees. Be sure to relax in the hammock underneath the olive tree. This location provides more of a mountain experience/feel more than a lake experience, but Como lake is just 9-minute drive (with fishhooks) to the lake. There are many nice restaurants within 4 or 5 minutes, so you don't have to get to the lake for good food. The neighbor dogs do bark at night and during the day. Spend some time exploring the mountain area's nooks and crannies--some trails and churches. etc.

Garten und Seeblick sind toll. Das Haus ist schon recht alt, allerdings ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer sollten aber einmal gründlich gereinigt werden.

le jardin et la maison extérieure sont magnifiques MAIS la literie est très vieille, la décoration horrible, la piscine fuit (une personne est venue la remplir le lendemain le niveau était à nouveau celui de la photo) et en plus elle est sale. la chasse d eau du rez de chaussée fuit aussi. et enfin les chiens du voisin aboient toute la nuit dehors. nous n avons pas dormi de tout le séjour. vu le prix paye tout cela est scandaleux . nous allons arrêter les locations abritel.

Tres bonne expérience, grande maison très belle, tres confortable, bien situé et bien équipé (lave vaisselle machine à laver cafetière grille pain bouilloire machine à espresso, bbq etc...). Seul bémol, la troisième chambre avec lit double double est très petite tout comme le lit, elle peut convenir pour 2 enfants mais trop petite pour 2 adultes. Il manquerait également de quoi couvrir la piscine, elle avait été nettoyé à notre arrivée mais au fil des jours le bassin s'est salit.

Wunderbares Haus

Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Super gepflegt und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Como ist ca 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und das Haus großzügig geschnitten mit viel Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Stilvolles Haus in parkähnlicher Anlage!

Wirklich traumhaftes Gelände, auch für die Hunde, bei sommerlichem Wetter unschlagbar. Das Haus ist absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Ca. 20 min. vom See entfernt in den Bergen. Wir kommen sehr gern mal wieder.

Lovely villa

- lovely villa with big garden, nice views & all stuff you want to spent holdiday; some minor point (could be better): - good beds in all rooms (only parentroom had good bed) - repair of Wifi when it's not working (took 4 days) - barking of dogs neighbour sometimes more then half an hour continuously - a working gate (electronically)

Great scenic place. The house and the garden were fantastic.

All good, but the airco and wifi were not working properly. Also not actioned accordingly. Other then that, worth every penny. Great property. Brilliant views and outstanding garden and pool.

Schönes Haus, in einer schlechten Lage

Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön. Es war alles sauber. Auch der Pool hat eine tolle größe. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar. Allerdings besitzt der Nachbar zwei Hunde, die ab morgens 4 Uhr fast ununterbrochen bellen.
