Its strategic location places guests half way between Como city in the south and the famous visitor sites of the central lake.

Internally, the 2nd floor apartment is fully WiFi-enabled throughout and features a light and airy open plan living room with stylish sofa, flat screen TV and direct access out to a private lake view balcony, with alfresco dining set. A contemporary kitchen diner also invites guests to wine and dine away. The lake view double bedroom is accompanied by a 2nd guest bedroom with two single beds, alongside a contemporary fitted bathroom with walk-in shower. A washing machine is also provided and guests staying have use of an on-site garage and outdoor communal pool.
