The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You must reach out to get directions. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your city tax and get registered. Someone does come everyday to clean the kitchen, but not your room, which is fine, but a broom and access to some cleaning supplies would be nice. The room is very quiet at night except on Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurant below you changes to a club and the music is loud until about 1:00am. If are not a night owl I would avoid the weekend.

Tolle Lage, aber sehr anstrengender check-in

Das appartement ist super zentral gelegen, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - das ist der große Pluspunkt. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben. ABER: Der check-in war leider sehr ärgerlich. Wegen eines bahnstreiks kam ich erst 22 in Arezzo an, was nach nettem Kontakt aber kein Problem wäre. Es gab Instruktionen für den self-check-in. Leider gab es an der genannten Stelle keinen Schlüssel! Das handy der kontaktperson war schon abgeschaltet! Dank eines nachbarn, der sie privat kontaktierte, meldete sie sich nach 30 Minuten, kam dann allerdings nicht sofort, sondern fragte erst bei mir mehrmals und dann bei dem nachbarn nach, ob da wirklich kein Schlüssel wäre! Nachts, 22:30... ich war schließlich 23:00 in einem anderem appartement, weil meines fälschlicherweise von jemand anderem genutzt wurde. Fehler passieren, damit kann ich leben, aber gastfreundlicher Umgang mit eigenen fehlern sieht anders aus.

Super Zentrale Lage mit Abzügen

Für das Zimmer muss man an 2 Adressen gehen um zuerst den Schlüssel für das andere Gebäude abholen. Zusammen mit 1 km Parkhaus ist das ziemlich aufwendig und mühsam. Das Zimmer ist gut.

Spazioso attico nel centro storico

Grande appartamento luminoso al secondo piano di un palazzo antico (senza ascensore) in una via centralissima; con letti comodi, bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli, cucina con pochi utensili ma con cialde e macchina per il caffè a disposizione! In strada molta vita! Anche notturna! Con tanti negozi, pub, bar e poi bellissimi monumenti storici che fanno da cornice!
