The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. I was amazed with the cleanliness. The reception team was exceptionally friendly! The breakfast was cheap and great value for money. The air condicioner in the room wasn't working and I was told that it wouldn't be turned on for another week, which was upsetting. I was forced to sleep with the windows opened, which was too noisy with cars on the highway. The two young waiters Andreas and Giancarlo (if I am not mistaken) were great! They were very friendly and served me during breakfast and dinner, very hard workers. I recommend to rent a car if you are staying in this hotel as it is a little far from the city centre. The wifi was fast and free.

We stayed for two nights and this property adequately met our needs. It did not provide complimentary breakfast to us because we used points for our stay, so we opted not to eat at the hotel. Nice bathroom with more amenities than typical (toothbrush, comb, etc.) and the king bed was comfortable. We were able to refill our water bottles in the nice fitness center. No in room safe, but safes are readily available behind the front desk downstairs. As mentioned in other posts, the hotel is in an industrial area which for us, made access easier than driving and parking in the congested part of town and it was quiet. We walked 2 blocks to eat at a great restaurant both nights, Da Oreste Cafe & Ristorante that even served gluten-free pasta.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over the Christmas period. The first couple of nights were very quiet and the last couple of nights had the hotel quite busy. It is a stock standard hotel. The rooms are nice and a little spacious. One criticism is that they do not have a lot of power adaptors on the bedside table nor the desk; something you would normally expect in the hotel. The gym is quite basic but has some Dumbells, bench, a couple of bikes, a elliptical and a treadmill. The weights are not heavy but suffice for a workout or two. It also had a sauna area which was really good. We used the gym every day and the sauna a couple of times. We never used the restaurant while there. It was closed for a couple of days over the Christmas period. Plus we wanted to explore the options in Arezzo. The restaurant itself looked nice and probably worth a visit if you didn't want to go outside. The good thing about this hotel is its location just outside of the Arezzo city centre. If you have a car then it is perfect because you can park here without a cost. There is also a cafe very close (Arts Cafe) where you can pick up a few snacks or a coffee/pastry in the morning.

Good hotel in Arezzo; but not in the center. Better to go with car (free parking available). The hotel is very clean an the room are ok. Staff is unfortunatly not friendly. Breakfast buffet is very poor.

We stayed here as part of our tour of Tuscany using points because I am a Marriott platinum elite member. We arrived on a Sunday night so got a taxi from the station (arrived from Rome) and it cost €10. We were picking up a rental car the next morning so wandered into the town for dinner on the Sunday night. The walk is about 30 minutes each way and wasn't a problem for us as we don't mind walking. Arezzo itself is lovely and is worth spending several hours in. We stopped off and had gelato a few times and the odd coffee. The hotel doesn't recognise Marriott membership so breakfast is not included if using points. This wasn't really a problem for us as we were touring so stopped off along the route each day and had breakfast but Marriott do really need to resolve this issue. Benefits should be the same across all hotels. Overall the hotel is clean and tidy and is a good base for looking around this area of Tuscany.

Parking is easy and free. The check in and out went quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness everywhere. The room is good sized and comfortable, the area is relatively quiet, but not pretty, just industrial. Due to the glass bathroom door, to old married only I recommend this hotel. The doors all around 10 cm gap, has not closed. You may see someone while using the toilet. Crazy mistake. At breakfast, a ham was smelly and rotten, it was on not refrigerated plate. Little care to fulfill its expect of level.

I was staying here as part of a tour group. I've stayed at hotels under the Marriott brand before, back in America, but AC is something different and it differentiates itself from the others. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, though small in size. It's not a big issue, but just a small pet peeve. Service was great. During our stay, one of our room keys stopped working and they were diligent with getting it fixed. Breakfast was nice and filling. It was well-made and helped the day started. All around, I can suggest it.

I have slept here many times and I will probably continue to do so in the future. It is a standard AC/Marriott hotel, in a relatively new building with the standard decor of the chain. It is a business park not fully developed and sterile about 2 miles west of town. But it is quiet, close to major road and has free parking. The rooms are standard, simple but functional and very quiet. The breakfast is above average for this class of hotels. This time the staff was overall less impressive than previous times.

Ac by Marriott at Arrezzo is perhaps the only branded property at Arezzo. Its a small hotel with well appointed rooms. The hotel is modern in style and looks. The rooms are quite big with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is well appointed as well. There's free wifi at the lobby level however paid wifi is available in the room. Breakfast is basic continental.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night. Because of his lifetime elite platinum status, we were upgraded to a suite. The room is very clean like the rest of the AC hotels in Italy. Parking is free. The staff is very helpful and kind. The city centre is not near but we had a rental car which took us to the city centre in 5 minutes. Parking in the centre is not too difficult to find and it doesn't cost much. There is an excellent gelataria just opposite McDonalds which is on the main street leading to the centre. The gelato is the best I have eaten in Italy!
