The charming village of Arès is located in the northern part of Arcachon Bay, between Andernos-les-Bains and Lège-Cap-Ferret.

Its traditional oyster harbor with white and blue huts marks the beginning of the Prés Salés Nature Reserve — a beautiful natural area ideal for walking, hiking and wildlife observation.

Following the coastal path, you can reach Andernos through the Quinconces natural site.
