Modernized Captain's Villa from the late 19th century. Located just outside the center of Arendal, just a stone's throw from the sea and in idyllic surroundings. From here, the center, shops, beach and sea are within walking distance. A staircase leads down from the street to the entrance, which is on the upper side of the house. From the entrance hall you have access to the kitchen, to a bathroom and the living room of the house. Also a SZ on this floor. A staircase leads up to the attic with two more bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is partially open to the dining and living area, in front of the terrace area. In the living room large corner sofa, cable TV and internet connection. A staircase further down in the basement is a storage room with a large freezer. The bathroom on the ground floor has shower / WC and washing machine. The bedroom on the ground floor is behind the stairwell (see floor plan). In the attic one of the bedrooms has direct access to the spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi. Full headroom only in the middle of the upper floor. The holiday home is located a bit above the hillside, near Terneholmen and Strømsbukt. From here you have a beautiful view of the city center of Arendal, which is within walking distance. Arendal is a typical seaside town bustling with life day and night in summer. Short ways to the sea, for swimming and shopping. If you want to experience the region of Sørlandet in autumn and winter, Arendal offers good protection against wind and weather through the offshore island of Tromøya. The house owner basically allows pets in this house, but these should be placed inside in a box that can be placed below the stairs. He also asks to respect that pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds of the house.

The individually furnished homes feature 2 bathrooms and afford space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, fireplaces, and microwaves are also standard.
