Good host communication and house was updated and clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. Small front porch sitting area with small gated front yard and driveway, perfect for drinking coffee and waiting for the bread truck to passby. There were no working lights in the front porch, front of garage, living or kitchen areas however this was partially repaired on the 3rd night of our stay. 3 of the 4 air conditioners did not work to emit cool air and would turn off after 10 minutes of blowing warm air.

Such a cute little place to be and the host is very responsive. Neighbors are super friendly and the location is very convenient to access the freeway.
