Everything is in bad condition. Smelly, rusty, noisy. You can hear all the noise from the other rooms. A terrible experience. I couldn’t stay a night.
Wrong room when checking in no hot water you Could hear through the walls it suck!!!
Great price but the rooms very poor not even a little refrigerator and all look so old and the beds were not still tv give us a bad imagine and in the bathroom in the middle of the tub sinks but the pool was excellent and the breakfast 5/10 same breakfast both days and everything was like from the freezer we expected a little better on that but the working staff were very lovely.

Hi , we stayed at the Arecibo last night and we're pretty unhappy with our stay. The value was definitely not what we paid. The shower area was full of mold, the tub area sank in some, the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The springs were broke and sank in tremendously. Our sheets were so old they wouldn't stay on the actual matters and fell off consistently. I tried to attach photos here and it would not allow. Our room was very loud. You could hear doors all night long and the hallways had a very heavy smell of chemicals.
rooms needs to be remodel. poor ventilation in the bathroom room.
I recommend changing mattress there's uncomfortable
Pueden mejorar la habitaciones como la limpieza, las camas estaban sucia. El baño pueden limparlo mejor. Y no había agua caliente.Y el desayuno estaba bien. Pero pueden mejorar tambien.

Me quede en el porque tenia una cita medica en manati medical center, el hotel esta accesibles a todo. El cuarto que reserve para 3 persona bien, el baño bastante pequeño y no hay agua caliente 😁 el agua de la piscina calentita, el desayuno bueno..fue un dia mi estadía y me volveria a quedar y de los económicos este fue uno.
La habitacion solo tenia 1 tomacorrientes (electric outlets) y no funcionaba bien. En el baño (vanity) no habia tomacorrientes (electric outlets) donde pudieras conectar un secador de cabello o una rasuradora electrica. La ducha no tenia iluminación, creando un problema de seguridad en el baño. Al mencionarle a la gerencia que no habia un tomacorrientes cerca de la cama que funcionara correctamente, solo nos dieron una extension electrica para usar creando otro problema de seguridad. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitacion pero esto nunca sucedió. Nos quejamos varias veces pero nuestras quejas no fueron atendidas. Pedimos mas toallas porque solo nos dieron 2 toallas, nos dieron toallas de piscina. Me imagino que no habia suficientes toallas en el hotel. Limpieza de las habitaciones muy deficiente. El personal tenia una excusa para cada problema que se le presentaba. Nunca tuvimos una respuesta de la gerencia a pesar de las multiples quejas.
