The room is dirty and has cockroaches, the Staff Is very rude, and the entry is dangerous; you need to get out of your car to press the codes. Walls have MOLT, another wall as crack and is falling apart. They made me waiti for 3 Hours to send me the codes of the garage and never got the wifi password. Since I got the i been asking for a refund, and the staff and owner were very rude. I'm back to Arecibo this week and I stay in Arecibo INN

The apartment has great potential, but is lacking in basic needs: Elevator not working AC unit in main bedroom not working Ceiling fan not working Missing light fixtures Wires hanging from the ceiling No hand towels or wash cloths No paper towels - even just a hand towel in the kitchen would have been nice to dry our hands. The sheets in both bedrooms were stained with dark grease spots.
