In Berry, close to Châteauroux, the National Shooting Centre (CNTS) and the Maison de George Sand. Pleasant residence located in the grounds of the Château de Clavières bordering the Indre with a beautiful forest in which one can enjoy walking, navigating the Indre in a boat or canoe. Here time stands still in an ideal setting for fishing enthusiasts, hikers with its many trails and a fitness trail. Also ideal for tourists wanting to walk in the footsteps of George Sand with her circuit and visit Berry and its castles. Plus points: heated, covered and shared swimming pool (12 x 4 meters), bicycles, boat, canoe and pedal boat at your disposal to navigate the Indre and a fishing corner is at your disposal. This accommodation has a beautiful kitchen opening onto a large terrace with table and garden furniture as well as the vast private garden decorated with deckchairs, a barbecue area awaits you. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy the large, inviting living/dining room, adjoining a reading room, table football, and a toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms with wardrobes, a separate toilet, a bathroom (double sinks), and a shower room.
