Incredible view and beautiful town. Nicola, the owner, was very attentive. Something to keep in mind for visitors: there are four flights of stairs. Make sure this isn't a problem for you. The owner should be aware that many foreign tourists don't know how to dispose of trash, so it would be nice if they left some kind of instructions. Overall, an excellent stay

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln

Die Wohnung liegt super schön mitten in der Altstadt von Arco. Im Prinzip sehr schöne Wohnung, aber mit einigen Abstrichen: der Rahmen des Doppelbetts war gebrochen. Bei der geringsten Bewegung gab es sehr laute quitschende und knackende Geräusche. Man konnte die Matratze nur auf den Boden legen. (Also hätte man auch campen können. Das wäre sicherlich günstiger gewesen). Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit den Müll irgendwo zu entsorgen. Wir haben den Müll dann im Treppenhaus vor der Tür gelagert. Die Nachbarn aus der anderen Wohnung hatten wohl das gleiche Problem und haben den Müll dazugestellt. Bei 32°C kann man sich vorstellen, dass es sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Leider hat der Vermieter trotz mehrerer Nachrichten den Müll erst sehr spät entsorgt. Die anderen Mängel (defekter Wäscheständer, keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern zumindest in den Schlafräumen, minimalistische Ausstattung der Küche etc.) sind im Prinzip nur Kleinigkeiten, über die man auch hinweg gesehen hätte. Aber in der Summe waren es dann doch zu viele größere und kleinere Mängel. Mit ein ganz klein wenig mehr Aufwand könnte man aus der netten Ferienwohnung eine wirklich wunderschöne Bleibe machen. Der Zustand der Wohnung kann unserer Meinung nach nicht den Preis rechtfertigen.
