The property is situated in the picturesque village of Bolognano at the foot of Monte Stivo, a 7-minute drive / 30-minute walk from the centre of Arco, renowned as the rock-climbing capital of Italy. Arco has a rich history with medieval streets, elegant villas and the town\'s most prominent landmark Castello di Arco (a 12-minute drive). The castle is perched on a rocky outcrop above the town and enjoys views of the valley and Lake Garda.

The area attracts climbers from all over the world, and Arco hosts the annual Rock Master Festival, a major international climbing competition. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and paragliding in the surrounding countryside.
