Dated hotel. Not 4 star

Hotel room is very dated. The room had lots of ceiling cobwebs and was dusty. Heating did what it wanted. The electricity kept tripping when we used the hairdryer. Hotel was noisy and we could Hear the other guests next door. Hotel staff werenā€™t very knowledgeable regarding the bus services or timings in town. Def not 4 star! Wouldnā€™t stay again.

As a base for skiing it did the job fine. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also fine (even though TV didn't work). They gave us a double and single bed for the first night but they were helpful and after that we got the single beds we had booked. Really could have done with coffee and tea facilities and charging for the sauna is a cheek.

Requested a double bed and got two separate beds...the shower courtain was dreadful. the staff at the desk was not particulary friendly... i asked about the restaurant and instead got told that was a new years eve menu so i was better off looking for a cheaper option somewhere else... Free outside parking is a bonus.

Not worth the money

The location given by the Hotels.com was wrong on the map. So we thought it was in the centre of Arinsal, opposites to the cable car, instead it was out of the village and we had to use the car to go skiing. Noisy room close to the lift. Quite a run down place for a 4 star! Expensive jacuzzi for half an hour, should be free!

Hotel is really in a run-down condition, rooms and bedding is quite dusty. Breakfast was ok.. but defn not worth 4-star quality. Check-in & check out was very busy as there is only one staff handling everything. Parking area is full of potholes & bumps which damaged a bit of our rental car.
