Upstairs, the villa features a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm and 80 x 190 cm). There is also a bathroom with a toilet. The basement is equipped with a tumble dryer and a washing machine, as well as storage space (for bicycles, beach equipment, etc.). The single-story annex offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, a dining area, sofas, and armchairs.
