studio bien placé mais pas de soleil

beau studio , bel environnement et tres proche du centre et de la plage. la vue sur la mer est un peu cachée par toute une rangée d'arbres et le devant de l'immeuble sur lequel la terrasse donne , est le parking de l'immeuble en béton. le lit est encastré , c'est un peu compliqué pour celui qui dort dans le fond. le coté le plus négatif est que le soleil ne donne jamais ni dans l'appartement ni dans sur la terrasse. l'intérieur est donc froid et nous avons du mettre le chauffage alors que la température dehors était très bonne (début septembre)

Le studio est très bien conforme à la description ,un petit bémol ,le lit en forme de cabane, pour se coucher au fond du lit à 75ans ,avec des problèmes de genou etde rein ce n'est pas évident . Autre problème :la télévision toutes les chaines ne sont pas présentes ,il s'agit je pense d'un problème d'antenne de l'immeuble chaines nesont

Apartamento con una perfecta ubicación, a primera línea de la playa de Arcaishon. La amfitriona super amable y atenta. Lo resumiría con vistas espectaculares y tranquilidad (finales junio-principio julio) en una zona excelente. Como punto negativo, no había papel de WC ni de cocina, ni tampoco las sábanas y toallas (esas sí pero se pueden alquilar).

Quand on considère pouvoir faire des vols/séjours "all inclusive" dans des lieux de rêve pour 1000€/semaine, le prix de ce logement (qui ne comprend que le logement, pas même le linge de maison) ne me paraît pas justifié même s'il est effectivement bien placé.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé et bien aménagé

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement donnant directement sur la plage. Il est idéalement situé dans Arcachon et plus globalement sur le bassin pour un prix correct. L'ensemble des équipements sont conformes à la description et l'aménagement intérieur aussi. Le studio était largement suffisant pour nous deux. Nous avons aussi profité du balcon donnant sur la plage. Le parking privé a aussi été très utile. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil de Solène, souriante à l'arrivée et au départ. Nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés.
