Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the Arcachon Bay in this charming 70 m² house, ideal for 4 guests. Located at the crossroads of the Leyre delta, the Landes de Gascogne forest, and the Arcachon Bay, you will be surrounded by preserved natural beauty.



Just a few meters away, you can reach Joigny and Pereire beaches, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The beaches also offer green spaces, a skate park, and playgrounds for children. A cycle and pedestrian path 100 meters from the house allows you to easily reach the center of Arcachon or the Mouleau district. Essential shops such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store are nearby.



The house features a private outdoor area with a terrace and small garden, ideal for breakfast in the sun or evening barbecues.
