Ideally located, small T2 apartment of around 35 m², on the third floor of a residence on one of the most beautiful avenues in Arcachon.
For ease of parking, you have access to a (narrow) private and secure car park.
Its living room with a TV (this accommodation does not have WIFI) opening onto a large balcony, to enjoy meals outdoors.
Its small, fully equipped open kitchen with hotplates, mini oven, microwave, TOP fridge and washing machine. A separate toilet.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed for two people, also opening onto the balcony. A bathroom. And a storage cupboard in the hallway.
You have all the shops nearby (market, restaurants, shops, bike rental) as well as the beach for your afternoons of swimming or picnics and the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you come by train.
