On the 2nd and top floor of a superb villa built at the end of the 19th century, this charming two-bedroom apartment (approximately 46 sq m) offers a welcoming living room with a television and sofa, a comfortable dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including a small refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and four-burner ceramic cooktop. The master suite comprises a separate toilet (with macerator), a bathroom with two sinks, and a north-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. The second suite, designed for children, includes a separate toilet (with macerator), a shower room, and a south- and east-facing bedroom with three beds (one single bed and two pull-out beds), as well as a wardrobe. On the landing, a lockable cupboard houses a washing machine for your personal use. This charming apartment, pleasantly furnished and full of character, offers picturesque views from all its windows, overlooking the Winter Town, its greenery, and its iconic villas. Its location is ideal: the beach is just 950 meters away, a supermarket 700 meters, and a bakery 550 meters. Street parking is free.
