Arcachon city center, close to the beach, shops and train station, on the second floor of a pretty residence with elevator, beautiful T2 of 34 m2 nicely decorated, fully equipped, quiet and bright.
Comprising: a kitchen open to the dining and living area (140X190cm convertible sofa/TV/WIFI), a bedroom (140X190cm bed), a bathroom with WC, a south-facing loggia with furniture and secure individual parking.

During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle room.

Ideal for 1 couple, possibility 4 people.

Optional cleaning package = 60€.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency: 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels = €42.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est très bien équipé, très bien situé et surtout la place de parking privé . Si je devais chipoter, je dirais manque un miroir dans la pièce de vie et des tampons sous les chaises, mais c'est vraiment pour trouver quelque chose de négatif.
