Ideally located in the heart of downtown Arcachon, a one-bedroom cabin apartment of approximately 30 m², on the ground floor in a luxury residence facing the Bassin.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking.
Without a balcony, you still have a direct view of the Arcachon basin.
Its entrance consists of numerous cupboards, with its bathroom and a separate toilet.
Its living room equipped with a TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI), and its small dining area which offers you the magnificent view.
An open kitchen including hotplates, a TOP fridge, a multifunction microwave and a Tassimo.
The cabin area with a 140 bed for two people will allow you to relax after your busy days and its storage. A second 140 berth on the mezzanine (under crawl space) is accessible to you (watch out for your head!).
All shops, restaurants are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the town, and the main beach is a few steps away to organize your picnics, or your swimming afternoons during our beautiful days.
