It is really sad to acknowledge at the hotel that they don’t have a proper air conditioning system after 3 days asking them to change rooms because it was very hot.
The minimum temperature at the rooms is 23c
They are selling stating that they have air conditioning, but they only offer fresh air.
It has everything to earn 5 stars but got 3 because of the fresh air system.
Orbitz needs to review its standards on air conditioning availability at the hotels. Some of them a lying to customers.
I am not happy with my stay.
