Para ter uma ideia tinha resto de sabonete no box.. cama toda amarrotada, que eu quase certeza que não foi trocada do último hóspede.. tenha se aranha.. formigas.. pior. Ducha não esquenta nem deixando ligado.. e mais.. não foram nem arrumar o quarto de um dia para outro. Leve toalha de rosto pois a gerente mandou tirar de todos quartos.. ou então leve uma caneta para escrever na toalha onde voce limpou o bumbum e que lado secou o rosto. Agora o ponto recepção.. terrivel. Falta de atenção.. falta de tudo.. mandaram mensagem para que a minha parente fosse passar o cartão pois tinha dado não autorizado..ela nem cartão passou.. . eu paguei o mês passado pelo site do hotéis.com.. mostrei o comprovante. Ainda disseram que o valor era outro. Horrível. Agora para finalizar... o hotel deve ter sua maior ocupação com pessoas de alguma firma.. contei uns 20... ate na mesa do salão de café tem um escritório com notebook.. impressora .. virou filial de alguma firma. Posso afirmar que NUNCA MAIS VOLTO LÁ.

Já tinha ficado lá uma vez e não foi bom. Mas dessa vez se superaram. O estado de sujeira do quarto, banheiro e camas era algo que nunca tinha visto na vida em um hotel. Lá está largado. Nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel.

Quarto tem um bom espaço e a cama é bem confortável. Porém alguns pontos do quarto estavam meio sujos e machados, como paredes, parte de baixo do vaso sanitário. Outro ponto foi em relação a alguns hóspedes nos quartos ao lado que estavam fazendo muito barulho até tarde e fumando no quarto, o que disparava um alarme sonoro do corredor toda hora e o cheiro ruim de cigarro que ficava. O pessoal do hotel não fez nada a respeito, o que “atrapalhou” o descanso durante a estadia.
