This detached house located on the edge of the Meygal forest has a private terrace and an unfenced plot of land (2000 m²) with children's games (swing) and bread oven.

Nearby: Meygal forest, Pic du Lizieux, Lac bleu and miniature park of Lauzière 4 km away, typical village of Montusclat (6 km), Yssingeaux 14 km away (Ollières and Saussac juices, Town Hall, weekly market on Thursday morning, all shops and services), via ferrata at Pertuis 16 km away. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 child's bed), bathroom, toilet.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds).
