The sleeping arrangements include a first bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under six. A travel cot is also available.

The bathroom includes a shower and the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, induction hobs, a combined microwave and oven, and a TASSIMO coffee machine.

The apartment offers two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a HiFi system, a Bluetooth smart speaker, a washing machine, WiFi access and a storage cellar. Heating is collective and hot water is provided by an individual electric system.
