Uma experiência traumática!! Incontáveis pelos e cabelos nos lençóis, no chão e no banheiro. Não é que não limparam desde o último hóspede, não limpam há tempos. É muito cabelo e pelo por tudo, inclusive onde eu tomei banho, escovei dente e dormi. Sim, dormi sobre pelos alheios. Além de goteira, mau cheiro e mofo. Sim, foi traumático deste jeito. Uma judiação. Houve muito investimento na construção, o hotel é muito bem construído, bom padrão de acabamento e bonito, mas está muito mal administrado. Não gosto de falar mal dos outros, mas NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESTE HOTEL.

A pousada é linda e tematizada, porém entendo que não estavam em um bom momento, com problemas na equipe. A pousada estava com cheiro forte de mofo, lençóis sujos, com pelos. Móveis quebrados, chuveiro frio, sem papel higiênico no banheiro (tive que pegar do banheiro externo ao quarto pois não atenderam minha solicitação). Falta de organização na recepção. A equipe presente era atenciosa, mas nitidamente sobrecarregada.
