A hotel anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Dubai, should consider. I will definitivelly will stay there again, in my future trips to this city. It may be a good idea the hotel should consider increasing the number of rooms.
Large dining area outside with nice atmosphere. The food was reasonable. It would be a great place for a larger crowd. There was a live band later, although it was a bit loud for a diner setting. This place is mainly ex-pats. More casual than i thought it would be.
The hotel is very clean. Service is kind and attentive. Rooms are of a good size. Meals are very nice. The one thing to improve would be the complementary WIFI which is finicky and doesn't have a strong enough signal.
Hotel located in a exclusive residential aerea directly on the golf course far from the "turistic" Dubai, so, it is only for golf players. It also is the golf club. The rooms, just a dozen, are nice and provide a giant tv, minibar and complimentary coffee, tea and water. Unfortunately are not soudproof. Noise and music from the reastaurants disturb from afternoon to late night.
Great night at ARGC - fantastic breakfast. Great way to spend St. Patricks Day, golf followed by dinner Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. Great Value for money, highly recommended for anyone wanting to combine golf with a nights stay.
From arrival to leaving staff were so welcoming and caring. Location of hotel/clubhouse was great and interior of both hotel and room were excellent. Would highly recommend Ranches as a place to stay.
About 30 minutes away from the airport, and far enough from the busy center. A warm and helpful welcome at the reception desk started our 3rd stay in the hotel. A small amount of rooms makes this place friendly, quiet and comfortable. Good services in the rooms as well as in the restaurant. Ideal place if you play golf.
A calm, quite, beautiful place! The ranches restaurant outdoor seating is nothing but the best the hotel has to offer during the cooler months in Dubai. My husband and I stumbled upon this place on a lazy afternoon while in search of a relaxing place for a coffee. The restaurant staff were quite friendly and prompt with our order. "Jason" a member of their staff dedicated a couple of minutes talking to us, ensuring we were comfortable and explained about the venue and restaurant promotions too! We definitely would go back, next time of course to the bar that sits outdoor..
The rooms were 'tired'. Maison Mathis, the restaurant, is busy and buzzing, however serve is poor, very slow indeed, and you cannot add the bill to your room bizarrely! Shame, as it is a good location and the golf course is good. The reception staff are again very average, the cleanliness of the rooms was ok, but could have been better and the iron and ironing board supplied were truly dreadful.
I had the pleasure to stay at the Arabian Ranches Golf Hotel over the Xmas period visiting Dubai for the first time. The place is stunning, overlooking a huge golf area all surrounded by palms tree. The hotel is very beautiful & the rooms spacious with a retro decor with a very heavenly comfortable bed!! At my arrival very late in the morning (2.30am) I was greeted by Mr Saad Aman who works at the reception, a very kind person helpful since the very first moment & for the all duration of my stay with all his useful tips & excellent service, every day greeting me with the rest of the people at the reception, dear Saad a big thank you!! 😃 I had a beautiful room, number 104 with a little balcony overlooking downstairs the lovely restaurant Maison Matisse (amazing coffee!) & if you don't mind the music like I do every night they were playing amazing selection of old & new Xmas songs & other creating a lovely friendly atmosphere. My room was checked & cleaned twice a day, excellent service in the housekeepers section & a special thank you to Mr Resty that not only was always smiling to me in the morning but also kept my room spotless!😊 I had a special dietary request being celiac & Mr Dermott O'Flynn the Chef at the hotel restaurant was so kind that every day he baked for me fresh gluten free bread & he provided gluten free pasta too! The restaurant is very beautiful, the menu has a good choice of different type of dishes from vegetarian to fish & meat, lovely food really. There are 2 beautiful terraces in the open surrounded by palm trees & also at the time I was there the new restaurant indoor had just been renovated, so when it was more chilled in the evening I had my dinner there & it was really lovely. Every day the music there too was creating an amazing Xmas atmosphere with all the lights & Xmas decorations (beautiful Xmas trees in the Hall too!). A special thanks to the amazing team of waiters & waitresses there that every day they were greeting me with a lovely smile & particularly Jason, John & Paul that they started to know me & know my requests especially about my coffee in the morning!! (I am a fussy italian when it comes to my coffee!!!). We also had a lovely chats & always they were making sure I was happy with everything. Last but not least my thoughts go to a beautiful tabby cat that was always around the restaurant & became then a real friend for me, I love animals & the staff allowed me to bring some food & I asked everyone to look after her even after I ve left! with happiness I found out that just outside the hotel door on the left (on the way to the restaurant) a shelter for animals was there where to give food & water as few cats live there around, Middle East Animal Rescue was written on top. Very well done, pls keep up with this beautiful initiative until I will be back to see this lovely tabby cat again!!!🐾 Everyone one there works very hard with dedication, such a great Team! really THANK YOU to all of you & the ones that I don't know the names, you made my stay so special & it felt like I was at home during the special time that is Xmas.✨ Not to forget, I had an amazing day sitting in the swimming pool by the Equestrian Gulf club where the Spa is, only 10 mns by car from the hotel, and also I had an amazing pedicure in the Nail Spa inside the hotel, definitely a must! I hope to come back soon & to see all of you again, until then I wish you all the best for 2017, you are amazing!!! 😉 Paola from London 🌈
