Third floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom with tub, and access to backyard patio with bbq.

Aptos Dream House
We stayed for my mother's 89th birthday in late June. Absolutely gorgeous home, perfect location, outstanding views, super kitchen. Quiet neighborhood (better to hear the waves) but very close to lots of dining and other conveniences.

One of the best houses ever!
Great location, about 45 minutes away from Carmel by the sea.
Gated neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful.
1 minute walk to the beach.
Free Parking space
House is amazing!! Fully equipped with everything you need- full kitchenware, bath and beach towels, washing machine soap, toiletries etc.
State of the art kitchen.
High end furniture and electronic curtains. Tastefully decorated.

Very comfortable, we were a group of 5- a lot of space. Owner is very nice and attentive
There is nothing better than sitting on the porch or in the living room, or just laying in bed- and hearing the ocean waves
The only downside is that we had to leave and go back home….
Would love to come back in the future for this beautiful peaceful welcoming house
