One of Apollo Bay's newest listing has just been refurbished and is now ready to be enjoyed. Comfortably suited for up to 3 couples or families with young children. Sleeps 7.

FEATURES INCLUDE: brand new wood fire with 3 speed fan (firewood supplied), large dining, pitch ceiling living area, spacious master bedroom with queen beds in both master and second bedroom. Single/double bunk bed in kids room (3rd bedroom). Perfect for young families with a high chair and port-a-cot also available for use. BBQ on back deck to enjoy for whole family. Brand new air-conditioning and WiFi internet have recently been installed to offer even more value. Netflix is also available via Apple TV.

There is also an Aldi coffee machine for you to enjoy all year round, if you wish to use it. Please bring your own Aldi branded coffee capsules as these are not supplied. Nespresso and other branded capsules will not work in this machine. It is important to ensure this is cleaned after every single use so that other guests can also enjoy this luxury.

Perfectly set up for either short or long stays, experience the best of Great Ocean Road's beaches and the famous Otway National Parks that can be enjoyed all year round.

Wake up to the blissful sound of nature and farmland from kookaburra's greeting you a 'good morning' perched on the back entertaining deck and the resident cows and sheep grazing by day. You will be mesmerised by the beautiful sunsets over the rolling hills and a full coastal sky of stars featuring at night.

Summer provides the best of the beaches with the local main beach perfect for young families to enjoy and for keen surfers there's plenty of well-known spots a short drive around the bay.

During the winter months there's so much to see amongst the Otways, with waterfalls and hiking walks through the beautiful Rain Forrest, play a round of golf on the waterfront Apollo Bay Golf Course or take a sightseeing tour towards The Otways Lighthouse or 12 Apostles. Nothing beats the sound of rain on the tin roof while you're relaxing in the bath or in a beanbag in front of the wood fire at the end of a full day.

Fully equipped kitchen, TV and Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of movies for the entire family to enjoy. There's some children's books in the kids room suited to toddlers and teenagers to keep them entertained. Plus plenty of board games in the with all the old favourites as well as playing cards and adult board games to enjoy during inclement weather or over a glass of red.

There's a modern foreshore playground for the little ones (with a flying fox) and also a playground, basketball courts and local swimming pool at the end of the street.

It's also a short walk (under 1 km) to the centre of Apollo Bay beach, shops, restaurants and hotels.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES & ATTRACTIONS: Cape Otway Lightstation, Otway Fly, Great Otways National Park one of the best rainforests anywhere in Australia with beautiful fern gullies, huge trees (some hundreds of years old), magnificent waterfalls, glow worms bird and animal life, fishing, golf at Apollo Bay Golf Club. You can also see the coastline from above with Apollo Bay Aviation.

Otway Fly Treetop Adventures

The Otway Fly Tree Top Walk is perched high in the magestic Otways Rainforest near Beech Forest.
Stunning tree top walk on springboard cantilever or climb spiral stairs to the top of the 47 metre tower.

Ocean and River Fishing
An all weather boat ramp is located at the harbour (western end of town). Fishing from the pier and breakwater produces good results. Surf fishing at Wild Dog Creek and Marengo are renowned for catches of salmon, trevally (great fighters) and the occasionally whiting.
Rock fishing is popular along the Great Ocean Road (be aware of your surroundings and the tide movements.
Remember you need a Fishing Licence for both ocean and river fishing.
