This former farmhouse has been transformed into a well-equipped holiday home, perfect for two families or a group of friends. Guests will appreciate the additional privacy afforded by two separate apartments, each comfortably furnished in a traditional country style. The shared outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and enjoyment, with a large swimming pool with hydromassage area, table tennis, children's swings, rustic wooden dining tables and panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

The property is divided into two spacious apartments, each with independent entrance, offering a total of five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a portable air cooler (5 air coolers in total). FALCO (Ground Floor): This apartment comprises a large living room with fireplace and sofa, three double bedrooms, two of which with an additional single bed, and three en-suite bathrooms with shower. Guests can enjoy a private loggia with table and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing. PETTIROSSO (First floor): This apartment has a large living room, two double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, and two private bathrooms with shower.
