Apartment in Marche with Pool and Privacy

On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart and therefore there is a lot of privacy. Apartment Il Grano is located next to the swimming pool and is suitable for 5 persons.

The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains of the area.

Apartment il Grano is located in the rustic house next to the swimming pool. It is cozy and homey furnished. It has 1 separate bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room. Upon arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.

The property can be reached via a dirt road of about 4 km.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Cottage war in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine private Terrasse und der Pool ist wunderbar. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Wunderschöne Umgebung, nicht so touristisch. Minuspunkt: Es würde WiFi geben, aber das funktioniert kaum oder nicht. Und das ist keine Katastrophe, aber es gibt auch keine mobile Abdeckung, wirklich überhaupt nicht. Sie können also nicht einfach an Ihr Telefon greifen, um etwas nachzuschlagen, und Sie sind nicht verfügbar. Der Eigentümer kann nichts dagegen tun, aber es ist so nett, dies auf der Website zu erwähnen.
