Amazing home in Apecchio PU

Large farmhouse whose original, typical rural style has been preserved during the renovation, about 5 km from Apecchio. It is located in the low mountain range of the Umbrian-Marche Apennines (700 m a.s.l.). Wide view of the hills. Quiet position. Large natural and equipped property and woods for walks. On a large meadow, 10 m below the house, there is a pool. The house is very suitable for families with children or small groups who want to spend a relaxing vacation in a natural environment. The hospitable owners run a wellness center about 20 km away with thermal swimming pool, fitness facilities with medical assistance and an excellent restaurant. Ground floor. Living room with access to the outside, spacious dining room with large fireplace and access to the outside, spacious dining kitchen (large refrigerator, gas grill, oven, dishwasher). 1st floor: 1 large double bedroom with fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and access to a covered terrace, 1 large double bedroom with two additional sleeping possibilities in characteristic wooden alcoves and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Small brick house, 10 m from the main building: ground floor: 1 room with 2 french beds. Lower first floor: 1 bathroom with shower. Simple but at the same time practical furnishings. Baby crib and high chair available. Distances: About 45 km from both the ancient university town of Urbino, one of the most culturally interesting towns in the Marche region, and Gubbio, one of the most beautiful towns in Umbria. Città di Castello 27 km, Arezzo 60 km, the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Fano) about 70 km (about 1 hour by highway). Stores of all kinds and supermarket 5 km, and within 5 km restaurants and pizzerias. The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals. On request and payment on site: special arrangements wellness center, cook, horse riding lessons, hiking, Pilates classes.

sehr schöne Unterkunft

Obwohl etwas abgelegen, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles in einem guten Bereich. Wer alte Bauernhäuser liebt, der wird sich hier wohl fühlen.

Wonderful relaxation in nature

The house ‚casellina‘ was a wonderful, authentic old farmhouse in the hills. We were surrounded by trees and loved the refreshing pool to cool down. Many beautiful hikes in the area as well as great food! The owner and his family are extremely nice and caring people. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back again.
