Schöne kleine Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Kinder haben den Ausblick auf die Elbe genossen. Die vorbeifahrenden Züge haben nicht gestört. Die Kinder waren deshalb ganz aus dem Häuschen. Kleischscharge Messer und ein großer

Nie wieder

Internet funktionierte nicht auch nicht nach Nachfrage. Fernseher funktionierte ebenfalls nicht : kein Signal. In und auf den Schraenken Staub ohne Ende. Haben 2 Tage gebucht und sind nach einem Tag wieder abgereist. Erwarten eine Rueckerstattun fuer diese Katastrophe.

Der Aufenthalt wurde leider durch die an der Ferienwohnung vorbeilaufende Bahnstrecke etwas beeinträchtigt. Da sich kein Insektenschutz an den Fenster befand, konnten wir diese nachts auch nicht öffnen. Ansonsten ist die FeWo nicht schlecht.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Der Bahnhof ist wenige Schritte entfernt und die S-Bahn fährt regelmäßig Richtung Dresden oder Bad Schönau. Der Lärm durch Züge ist gering. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartamento è carino e spazioso, ma purtroppo è al terzo piano senza ascensore, e arrivando con le biciclette non è proprio comodo. Inoltre proprio l'arrivo non è stato semplice, perché non è stato facile individuare lo stabile, che ha un ingresso direttamente su una strada molto trafficata. L'appartamento è anche sopra una ferrovia, con treni che passano per tutto il giorno, e la notte. La proprietaria gentilissima, anche se ci ha chiesto una cauzione di 100 euro, restituita, ovviamente. Nel complesso, non è da consigliare per ciclisti.

Im Herzen von Königstein

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist definitiv überdurchschnittlich-ob extra Decken, Dosenöffner oder Pizzaschneider, kurzum es war alles da. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und so, wie man es sich wünscht: jederzeit freundlich und unaufdringlich. Die Wohnung an sich ist super zentral gelegen, sauber und ordentlich. Alles in allem- 100% Weiterempfehlungsquote.
