Atendentes da recepção muito educados. Cafe da manhã com bastante opções. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Janela nao fechava e ainda tinha uma fita (resto de obra) pendurada que bateu a noite toda na janela. Colchões da cama de solteiro muito macios e com espuma desnivelada. Limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar.

Quarto, ao chegar fui ao banheiro tinha coco no vaso. Fizeram a necessidade e não deram descarga. Cabelos pelo chão do banheiro. Sinal que não foi limpo. Quarto barulhento, ao lado do elevador, fazia muito barulho. Café bom. Localização longe da basílica. Ir a pé perigoso. Região da um medo.

Limpeza muito boa e localização excelente

ótima pousada! gostamos muito dos quartos, a limpeza é muito boa, estava tudo cheiroso. Localização também é um ponto, próximo tem tudo, restaurante, pizzaria, lanchonete, supermercado, farmácia, conseguimos ir tranquilamente ao santuário caminhando, então não precisamos tirar o carro do estacionamento. A recepção é muito boa, são muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Lugar tranquilo pra dormir, quarto cheiroso, modesto e pequeno, minha estadia foi muito tranquila, camas limpinhas, chuveiro bom , tv e ar funciona perfeitamente.
