Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war großartig. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Bei der Übergabe hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Gute Kommunikation und netter Kontakt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tres déçue : 1. Équipements défectueuxLe réfrigérateur fonctionne mal.Le chauffe-eau est également défectueux.Les terrasses extérieures ne sont pas entretenues.2. Environnement extérieur trompeurL’insalubrité ne concerne pas directement la maison, mais l’environnement extérieur est très éloigné de ce qui était annoncé.La description faisait état d’une plage calme et éloignée du tourisme de masse : en réalité, la plage devant la maison est extrêmement sale, bruyante en journée, avec de fortes odeurs de poubelles et des eaux stagnantes. Ces nuisances ont même perturbé notre sommeil la nuit.Il était mentionné un « petit village berbère typique », mais ce n’est pas le cas. La zone est surchargée, avec des constructions anarchiques et une saleté omniprésente. Rien à voir avec Sidi Kaouki, notre destination précédente, qui est un village paisible.3. Accueil insatisfaisantMohamed nous a accueilli de maniere expeditive . Il était en colère de notre retard. Nous ne savions pas que quelqu’un nous attendait sur place et se déplaçait pour nous. Ils nous avaient dit à partir de 16h mais a partir de 16h ce n est pas un rdv.....etc.....Au regard de ces éléments, nous considérons que la location n’est pas conforme à la description.

Eric-Mehdi ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und hat uns einen tollen Aufenthalt in seinem Apartment ermöglicht. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Apartment ist gemütlich, charmant und traditionell eingerichtet und verfügt über alles nötige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
