clean and quiet

new, modern, clean, neat and original,spacious,great quiet location despite being close to centre-it was so quiet that I felt like we are the only ones in the building-felt almost isolated.(we travelled in late Aug.) I may not have liked that if I was a solo traveller.Otherwise, all great!

Standort: Nicht leicht zu finden; die Ausstattung ist grosszĂŒgig und neuwertig; das Bad ist echt 1A. Zentrale Lage; KEINE ParkplĂ€tze in der NĂ€he! Falls die Registrierung via Online-Formular nicht klappt, dann einfach anrufen und es wird geholfen. Nicht geeignet fĂŒr RollstĂŒhle da kein Aufzug.

Un peu de déception

Bonjour. Lorsque j'ai fais la rĂ©servation pour la nuit du 31/08 au 1er/09/25, je n'ai pas vu (lisiblement !) que c'Ă©tait un appartement/HĂŽtel, sans accueil (nous avons eu un accueil virtuel !), sans parking proche. Nous avons dĂ» laisser notre voiture le long d'une avenue, alors que nous avions des objets Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Pour rĂ©sumer : sans service ! Bien sĂ»r j'ai eu par tĂ©lĂ©phone ou par WhatsApp, une personne (Barbara). Nous Ă©tions 4 personnes, 2 couples de septuagĂ©naires. Nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  prendre possession de nos chambres malgrĂ© tout. Sur votre site, essayez de mieux rendre visible le faite que ce soit : appartement/hĂŽtel !!! Pour la propretĂ© des chambres rien Ă  dire. Je vous avoues que nous avons malgrĂ© tout Ă©tĂ© un peu déçus par le faite que nous n'avions personne en face de nous. Mon mari et moi-mĂȘme avions rĂ©servĂ© un appart/hĂŽtel Ă  Lyon (France) en 2018, nous avions un accueil ainsi qu'un parking en dessous l'hĂŽtel. Le matin nous avions une petite restauration pour le petit dĂ©jeuner avec une personne sur place. Si l'occasion se reprĂ©sente, je ne pense pas que l'on rĂ©servera dans votre Ă©tablissement. Bien Ă  vous.

I will appreciate if you were more flexible with people that have heavy luggage and move from a place to another (as me). We have to find solutions by our own to fix the problem of having our luggage to carry on before the check in.
