yes convenient location for sight-seeing & shopping. staff are friendly & efficient. only set back is de room size rather small.

We love the spacious and new, modern room with full amenities including mulberry tea and nespresso coffee machine in the room. We enjoy the hotel onsen with full amenities and lounge with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Early check-in was given to us as well. Special mention to Manager Takana who helped me file police lost and found online in Japanese. Thank you and kudos to all the staff in this hotel.

The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and felt luxurious. We used the public bathing areas every night - they were very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were all extremely helpful and professional and made us feel welcome at all times. We had breakfast on one morning which was fantastic - there was a wide selection and everything was top quality. I can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay again on a return trip to Aomori.

Great overnight.

Great modern hotel right at the station. Very convenient to everything! Only downside was the rock hard bed. Other than that, a great stay.

Whenever I visit Aomori City, I stay at this hotel. The staff are always kind and friendly, and the service is excellent. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in this area. Perfect room size and decoration, perfect breakfast, perfect staff. Just that it’s inconvenient to visit by car, it’s quite far to offload the luggage.

Location is convenient as it’s directly connected to the train station. Room is bigger than most Japanese hotel. Hot spring is good when after a tired day of trips. Overall, superb service and highly recommended!

The staff are attentive, helpful and well co-ordinated. Offers surprisingly great western style breakfast, you will get something like freshly prepared Egg Benedict, a machine that makes fresh pancakes, you can make your own fresh orange juice with the juicer just by loading the oranges of your choice. What can be improved? It would be nice to have 4 pillows for a double room instead of the current 2pcs. A bigger safe box in the room. Add-on coin laundry facility will make it great!

Everything is great. It's right next to the JR Aomori Station. However, if you are driving, parking is very limited on site.

Exceptional Stay

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcomed. Alicia at the concierge’s desk was super helpful and always smiling to everyone.
