This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. Wifi worked reliably and I would stay again in the future

larger than usual room size which is nice, but way too noisy. From 5am you will hear doors and cupboards slam (from the kitchen I think), as if it were within your own room. Was unable to sleep due to noise. Otherwise a standard business hotel.

Great little spot to stay 😊

Nice hidden gem. Friendly manager, and he spoke a little English to help me with check-in. Rooms are well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was a simple Japanese menu, and it was all delicious. Definitely will look to stay here again in the future!

We were close to the castle and train station, halfway either direction. We used Hirosaki as a base to climb Mt. Iwaki. The information staff at the train station gave us all the information for bus transfers and the package deal, which saved us a lot of money. Well worth it! The hotel had many amenities, including a washing machine and great breakfast. The staff was helpful, including at breakfast. We would stay here again.

弘前駅から徒歩10数分、ちょうど駅と弘前城との中間にあります。牛丼の吉野家とコンビニが徒歩3分の所にありました。アメニティは必要なものをフロントで部屋へ持ち込むようになっています。室内はWiFiも概ね問題なく使えました。朝食バイキングは大変充実していました。コインランドリーが1台だけなので、順番待ちは覚悟しておいた方がよいかもしれません。

1階にあるフリードリンクコーナーが充実していて、いつでもお部屋に持っていけるのでとても良かったです。 朝食の無料サービスも普通に美味しかったです。焼き鯖やサラダやカレーやソーセージなど、若い人もモリモリ食べれると思います。 リンゴジュースがたくさん飲めて青森だなあと感じました。 無料レンタル自転車サービスも良かったです。

朝食付きなのはとてもよいと思います。ちかくにあまりご飯をたべるところがないので大変でした。 駐車場は、近くの公共の駐車場にとめるしかありません。12時間最大500円と割安なので、助かりました
