The Flavia Tourist Accommodation is a newly renovated 70 m apartment in the center of Anzio, a 5-minute walk from the equipped beach, the suggestive Grotte di Nerone, the main square and the port, where you can find bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Excellent support for embarkations for Ponza and close to the railway station, it is 20 minutes from the Zoo Marine, the Cinecitta' World Playground and 40 minutes from the Circeo National Park.

The structure consists of two large balconies, living room with sofa bed, open space kitchen, a double bedroom, another bedroom with bunk beds, both with access to one of the two terraces and bathroom with shower. The second sea view terrace is accessible from the living room. Equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob and coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are included.

Perfect spot for two

Very nice modern and clean apartment. Shower was a little small. Stores, beach, train and everything else all in walking distance. You have what you need in kitchen to cook for the week. Great fresh seafood store across the street. Downtown Anzio is a short walk, nice town. Beaches here are happy.great. We would choose again. Price is right. Owner makes sure you are happy..strett.seafood

The apartment was absolutely delightful. You do have to go up two flights of stairs but the space was clean, well appointed and very cute. The location was convenient and we could walk to everything. Stefano gave us excellent dining suggestions and the lay of the land. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet! Alles da, was man braucht. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Grotta di Nerone (sehr schöner Ort), ganz in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
