Guy at the front desk was helpful - he suggested good place to park the car for $20 per night.
The coffee was not the best.
The bathroom door wouldn't move! Once you close it, you can't open it anymore, you have to lift it and put it aside. It looks like the door is too high and touches the floor.

Low price...free parking (covered) was good....room (suite) spacious and clean. Showed signs deferred maintenance....slow draining tub (shower in tub)....faucets loose...base swiveled....emptiness of a large portion of the casino floor and empty storefronts was a downer on the energy level.

INCREDIBLE! The front desk girls are amazing. They were so friendly and held our luggage while we went and explored. They even let us hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was on the 43rd floor and it was so clean and perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. We can’t wait to be back for Ultra Miami 2026. It’s in super close proximity to anything you would want. Only a 7 min walk to the Ultra festival. This hotel is perfect!
