Very good customer service. Breakfast very good As well. Variable Gluten free food and rooms very clean. Love the Rituals shampoos. :) the hotel is not close to the centre , you had to pick up a bus which is 30 mins away to the centre or pick up a taxi to go to the station for around 15 Euros.
My colleague arrived by car but wasn't made aware that he needs a coin to exit the car park. It's matter of taste but not everyone likes a strongly perfumed lobby.
Good hotel and breakfast but too expensive according to what you get. The bathroom is just average, the lavatory was broken, toilet paper was inferior quality and the shower was with a curtain. Breakfast was good but also expensive for what you get compairing to other 4* hotels. You also have to pay extra for the parking and the room prices are not cheap. The bed were very good and the space in the room also.
We have chosen this hotel my friend and I because we had a business meeting in Antwerp and it was easy to find coming from Germany by car. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with nevertheless some maintenance details which would need attention from the maintenance crew, but I have to say my friend and I are in the building maintenance and every little thing jump at our eyes. Another thing, the parking garage is small and you may have to park on the street as we did.
I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza very nice place and very welcoming people. I recommend this place.
Went for Rampage weekend. The hotel staff were all very friendly, the rooms fairly large, and had all the right amenities. In addition, the location of the location of the hotel is not in city centre, but very easy to reach via tram/bus, and there is a supermarket in close walking distance.
I have been in this hotel now twice the rooms are very very clean bathroom and toilet you can usually find something wrong last two times I have not found nothing rooms are very clean as well staff are very polite drinks are expensive if you have a double Jack Daniels and Coke It's A about €23 staff are very very nicely mannered 8 Out of 10 on there princess and the way that they treat you some of the staff will go more than others what I mean is more than above Duty the beds are very very comfortable the room is very very clean the only thing I can say the food is very expensive as well the room was €97 for the night without breakfast the Crowne Plaza was 135 plus an extra £17 for parking big difference and I have found more wrong with the Crown Plaza then this hotel
Booked this hotel for a 2-days business trip. The rooms need a clear refresh, the bathrooms sinks and tub need to be repaired and upgraded, the rooms and doors are spotted with dirt and paint cracks. The mini bars are empty except 1 bottle of water (why are you keeping this fridge on then ????). The food at the restaurant is mediocre. The employees are friendly but the place feels all empty. Will never come back again.
Hotel personal is really friendly and I always feel welcome here. The atmosphere in the hotel and in the rooms is really nice. A good place to conduct some business or just to relax. The food in the restaurant is good, but there is not that much choice so when I stay in the hotel for over 2 nights I mostly decide to eat out. Unfortunately the rooms aren't always as clean as I would like, overall they are clean, but I often spot some really dirty things that should have been cleaned. But overall I love to stay at Ramada Antwerp.
