Stayed here a night with the family and found the place very nice, clean and lovely. Staff is very friendly. And could not find any thing where we could find any excuse to get upset. In short, highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Looking forward to visit this hotel again!

Arrived here late and was happy they had a room booked for us by the airport ground team. the lady at checkin was a breath of fresh air and most welcoming and sympathetic. quick check in and room key issued. Slight problem with no room service, it was sunday around 9pm? would have been 5/5 review. ordered downstairs and had to ferry the trays of food on several trips. Decent burger but not much help offered as one man working the bar. Breakfast was a good spread all enjoyed this. not my preferred location as a bit of a walk to the shops but still a good hotel, well kept and friendly staff. excellent staff in fact. helped me arrange a return taxi back to BRU. thank you for this.. Best infant cot issued of all my hotels stays with family.

Rooms are ok but could be cleaner. Beds are comfy. Good point for Ritual products in bathroom. Breakfast was a nightmare : no tables available, staff useless and empty buffet. No high chairs available for toddlers neither....

Hotel slightly off the center. Old center 10 to 15 minutes by tram. Spacious rooms with all facilities. Very friendly staff.

we stayed over again in this hotel for a customer visit but this time we had dinenr in the hotel bar: couple of good belgian beers and a burger. the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. I like it. nice breakfast selection.

We stayed in the Ramada Plaza during the weekend and to combine our stay with a concert. We enjoyed a great value for money deal includimg a complimentary tram ticket and entry tickets to visit de Antwerp brewery “De Coninck”. Parking underneath the hotel is easily accessible and not expensive. The rooms were spacious with good beds. We found the rooms somewhat too warm though and unfortunately the window can’t be opened. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on a business trip. The interior is quite old but alright and mostly clean. Unfortunately, I stated at a room right next to the elevator and could not sleep for half the night due to the noise. Another pity was that you cannot open the windows for some fresh air...only AirCon available. Breakfast was not spectacular but ok. I was a bit disappointed by the service: my shampoo was almost empty but during the daily service, nobody refilled it although I put the bottle clearly in view to make sure it is taken care of. All in all: 3*

We stayed on a Friday night and the hotel was surprisingly busy. Check in was staffed with just the one receptionist who did a great job, but could not perform magic. So quite a wait, and just as it became quite another person appeared. Me thinks she could have done a bit more to get people checked in. Some people were rather annoyed at the wait. Same deal again in the morning. Rooms are clean and beds good. We found it too warm. Bathroom is rather dated and due a refit if you were to consider giving a 4th star. Breakfast buffet was OK, but not special. Tables are spaced tightly so it is a squeeze to get to the back side. You risk dragging plates off the table next to you (or visa versa). Overall fair value for money if this is the part of town you need to be in, but not specially worth a detour.

An overall good hotel with nice & large rooms & dedicated personnel. I would recommend however to ask for express check out otherwise you wait a little but in the morning to do so. Food at the bar is just ok but quite convenient if you don't want to go outside for dinner.
