Chose this hotel based on price on booking.com as well as the location close to CS.As a solo female traveller,I felt very safe in the area and there are plenty shops, restaurants and bars.Check in was quick and efficient.Everything in the room was clean, bed was comfy,I was glad to have a bathtub and tea/coffee making facilities.Wifi worked perfectly, I bought a small bottle of prosecco from the reception and it only cost a fiver.Overall everything was great apart from being woken up at 6.30 AM by the very noisy neighbours.Walls can be a bit thin.Overall a good deal for 60 euro a night.

I always write the positives first so here it is the only thing good about this hotel is the location it is close to the central train station and the front desk that assisted us when we checked in was nice that's it. So the negatives lol I don't even know where to begin. My fiancé always try to make sense of things and he tries to convince me that there's something behind everything but in this hotel we can't convince our selves to ever going back or even recommend it. First of all the room size is ok but all the things inside it omg it's all dated the pillow case is so used, the bed is so uncomfortable, the room is hot because the ac is not working, the smell of the towels are not nice, there's no fridge, there's no complimentary water btw that's the first time I experienced that, the extra blanket looks like it's 20 years old. I'm from the Philippines and the Astoria hotel there is nice that's why I thought they have the same standards. So no I will not recommend this hotel it needs a major renovation.

Very cosy and quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. Teapot was surprising for us (for 3* hotel it is unusual). Rapid WiFi was glad for us. Receptionists are very friendly and hospitable and ready to help. Central railway station, shopping, restaurants and main seesights are very close to the hotel (including Rubens house).

Great location. Near to every where. We decided to stop Antwerp after visited Amsterdam. We stayed at room 503 only for 1 night. And the carpet is so filthy, the plug for the tv is falling of. Basically you got what you paid!

This hotel is nothing special, but it is very convenient to Antwerp central station and some good restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have have everything you will need, without being overpriced. It is in walking distance off the station and car hire offices. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Booked this hotel via Expedia stating free breakfast and upon arrival: no free breakfast. Oldest trick in the book. We were asked 15E per person for breakfast, which of course is a ridiculous price, there are numerous nearby places to eat well for less. Which I did. If you think this trick was just played on me, be sure to check other Expedia reviews. Room was ok but not very clean, odd rumbling noise could keep you up at night (it didn't bother me much). This place should understand that cheating in the age of social media doesn't work well anymore. After a long phone call with Expedia I received a $50 coupon, you decide if that's worth an hour on hold. Avoid. I look forward to the damage control by the manager that will follow below this review.

the hotel is located near to the central station. the staffs were friendly and the bedroom very comfortable. the bath is very complet whit a bath. the breaksfast was nice and we had the price including in the bill.

This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the station it's in the diamond district and the streets around are a little shabby. The fixtures and fittings are all showing signs of wear, however all in all its good value for a quick trip. The included breakfast is very good.

Very good breakfast. Receptionist was helpful for direction and suggestion for places to visit. The location is hard to find even though 10 min walk from the central station. I will come back if I could get the same price.

They say if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys - well we sure didn't pay peantuts and in fairness we didn't get monkeys either. That said, we got what we paid for - no more and no less. The hotel is somewhat dated - however its clean, the staff are friendly and helpful (unless you encounter the cleaner from hell who is well recognisable). Room could do with some modernisation - however its clean and has all thats required. The buffet for breakfast is sufficient (though its sure not worth the EUR15 to non-guests). We had a front facing room which has its issues with noise - hotel patrons smoking and chatting/shouting outside. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the station and hence the metro.
