Very pleasantly surprised by this 3 star hotel..clean..warm..cosy atmosphere..rooms well equipped with everything..leanne at reception was the warmest friendliest girl ever..nothing was too much trouble for her..our grandkids loved the stay and breakfast was fantastuc..eveey need and taste catered for..although we live not too far away we will definately be back as a couple to indulge ourselves in food and drink and an overnight stay..one word..impressed 😁👍
Stayed here one night on business. 3 restaurants within walking distance as is a very large Asda, most convenient. Plenty of breakfast available with all types of options available and I was allowed to stay working in my room after check out time without any hassle at all, which was very helpful. Really friendly front desk staff, couldn't fault it, well recommended.
Here on businesses, 'Billy no mates', microsurgery bar but mainly given over to food " to busy to take new food orders for the next hour ". Room standard for the group, breakfast better than 90%! Real potato cakes not dreaded hash browns! Lovely!! Lots of places to dine in walking distance. Very pleasant staff.
I've stayed at this hotel several times in the last 12 months and have always enjoyed my stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are polite, friendly and always helpful. Food is spot on. It's not fancy food by any means but it always tasty. Breakfasts have been consistently good and the cooked breakfast is really tasty! Had an issue with a room on a recent stay (no fault of the hotel) and was moved with no fuss. Duty manager was professional and courteous and moved me to another room immediately. Hotel is located just 10 minutes from Belfast International Airport and 2 minutes from the main M2 motorway. There's also a retail park just beside the hotel with cinema, restaurants, fuel garage and Asda supermarket. Pretty much all of the top tourist attractions across Northern Ireland are within 1 hour or less drive from the hotel so it's an ideal place to stay if you'd rather not be in the centre of a town
Yes finally they've started a refurbishment Only 30 toms out of 90 done I got a refurb room and quiet nice Only spoilt by a stain on the new carpet near the door Lounge area changed also and quiet nice area now
It's a holiday inn express. I wasn't excited to arrive and happy enough to leave. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Nothing to complain about, just lacking any character - just not to be expected though, I suppose.
The staff at this brilliant hotel could not have done any more to make our stay any better if they tried. The buffet breakfast was real treat, with nothing left out. Our room on the fouth floor was very quiet and comfortable and serviced each by house-keeping to a very acceptable standard. The hotel is on commercial outlet estate with all necessary shops and pub within easy walking distance and a brisk 20 minute walk will take you to Antrim Casle Gardens. Ten minutes more will take you to the town centre.
Highly recommend this hotel. 30 min from Belfast. Breakfast was phenomenal, rooms are a bit small for a family of 4. But overall can't beat value of it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free car park, free WiFi. Would stay again for sure
Usually a premier inn family but found this place. Excellent value for money for a family room including breakfast which was one if the tastiest I've ever had. Done nice eating places just on the doorstep and the bar inside is ok for a quiet drink in the evening. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly would definitely visit again.
location wise this hotel is perfect. 5 minutes from Antrim town, 20 minutes from Ballymena, 20 minutes from Belfast. Junction one shopping outlet is across the car park, as is asda and numerous restaurants. The hotel itself is basic, the bed is comfy and there was a sofa in the room which was seemingly made of rock. The room had freeview TV, a hairdryer and the thinnest toilet paper ever invented. The bar was open late which was great and the staff were friendly. there is a lift and a vending machine.
