Excellent Staff

A very nice stay, made even better by the excellent front desk staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Josseline was particularly gracious and assisted with my bus travel questions and other items. This made check-out a breeze and my stay in Antofagasta a smooth process.

Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos) The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o. Very disappointing.

Fin de semana en Hotel Enjoy Antofagasta

En general la experiencia fue muy buena, buenos servicios, ideales para el descanso. Solamente un punto por mejorar, en la zona de SPA fui dos veces y en ambas ocasiones no tenían toallas, lo que es inconcebible en un hotel de esas características, había que regresar mojado a la habitación. En cuanto a bar y restaurante, muy bien, La Barquera tiene un buen desayuno y buenas opciones a la carta.

Great hotel but, horrible restaurant selection!!

Great hotel, nice people, good rooms. Horrible policy regarding restaurant. For a hotel with a high rating, it is sad the restaurant “ONLY” serves pizza after 4.pm. In an environment where people go to their wonderful spa, the idea they don’t have a healthy option for their clients does not make sense. I am not saying they should have a full menu, but at least some healthy options. With so many great hotels, I would think Enjoy would have at least a salad or chicken breast option.

My room barely had any hot water, but the bed was very comfortable to sleep Spa did have some of its facilities out of order Service in restaurants leaves a lot to be desired Meal quality does not justify the prices they have. Breakfast Buffet again for 6th year in a row with raw eggs

Just okay for a casino hotel.

The pool was great, our boys loved the variety of different pools and we found them very clean. The staff was accommodating and gave us an extra bed, because the description of the room on Hotels.com was the room came with two King beds, actually they were small twin beds. The breakfast was decent and probably the best we've had in a Chilean hotel or resort. The Chilean breakfasts are usually very poor. I didn't like that there wasn't an iron to iron my clothes, or when they did bring us an iron, there was no ironing board available. Overall, it was a good stay, the staff was nice and there are many amenities. But the price of the room was expensive for what we received.

Unfortunatelly I had to stay at this place again! Breakfast is a joke! Waitress unwhiling to help, food quality very poor. Front desk....worst, they have no training whatsoever, their are not prepared to provive customer service period! I requested urgentlyntoilette paper and took them ONE HOUR to deliver it after me calling them 4 times.
