The upper floor, at street level, comprises 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with ocean views.
The ground floor comprises the fully equipped kitchen, the living-dining room, a bathroom with a washing machine and the garden with a heated swimming pool all year round, a solarium with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area and a relaxation area with outdoor furniture.
