This fabulous Penthouse develops in two stories, so we have the kitchen ( fully equipped) -living room-terraces area at the first level, while on the second floor you can exploit two nice spacious and luminous bedrooms; 1 with a large king size double bed, and the other one with 2 separate beds.
A nice bathroom equipped with hot tub/shower lies in the middle of the two rooms, a hairdryer is present

The two terraces, especially the front one, boast partial sea and mountain views, other than opening into a barren but large open space; yet unlike other apartments within the same complex, privacy is guaranteed as you won't have any other building in front of the terrace, which is equipped with comfy seats and a small table, which makes it an ideal spot where to have breakfast outdoor in the sun , or relax with a drink after a full day at the beach.
