This beautiful three-bedroom apartment is literally across the road from the stunning white sands and calm turquoise waters of Salis beach in Antibes. Inside the property you’ll find three bedrooms that accommodate up to eight people, a modern open plan lounge and kitchen and a huge sun-soaked terrace with two dining tables that can seat twelve people, (one is set back in the cool shade for all you fair skinned angels). This is truly the place to indulge in the French Riviera’s beach lifestyle at its best. Just remember to pack your sun cream!
Living area Benefitting from aircon for those hot summer months the open plan living area enjoys two double seater sofas, an array of audio-visual entertainment including a large flat screen TV and a selection of family games including Twister and Uno. However, the piece de resistance is that spectacular sea view. Just slide open to the large patio doors and step out onto the contemporary tiled terrace where a circular wooden dining table for six awaits, carefully positioned in the shade so that you may eat al fresco whilst keeping your cool.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom enjoys sea views, a super king-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and has boasts an ensuite bathroom complete with toilet, full size bath with wall mounted shower attachment and sink.
The second bedroom possesses a super king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cublicle. The third bedroom contains two sets of stacked bunk beds, so is an ideal kids bedroom and can accommodate up to four children.

As well as the two ensuite bathrooms explained above, there is also another bathroom that possesses a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
Kitchen and Dining The Kitchen/Dining area is part of the open plan living room. As well as the usual electric hob, microwave and oven, coffee maker and kettle, there is a preparation isle in the centre which allows chefs to work whilst facing guests to socialise and enjoy the beautiful view. The preparation island contains a dishwasher, washing machine, chopping area and kitchen sink.
Outside Space The enormous terrace is divided into two sections. The veranda which sits in the shade of the balcony above is tiled in white and enjoys a circular formal dining table with white high-backed chairs for six and a stylish wooden garden seat that can accommodate two or three people. Stepping down from the veranda onto the sun-drenched paved terrace allows guests to enjoy one of four sun loungers with accompanying side tables or sit at the more relaxed wooden dining table that also seats six. Across the road from the terrace are the white sands and clear blue waters of Salis beach complete with a cute food kiosk/ beach bar named ‘Pascaline’ ensuring that snacks and refreshments are never too far away.
