Located just a few minutes walk from Plage les Groules, and Biot, this 3-bedroom holiday house is perfect for enjoying the best of Antibes as well as connecting, unwinding and indulging in uninterrupted fun with loved ones. The house easily accommodates up to 6 guests and offers fabulous indoor and outdoor amenities to enjoy. Outside, there is an open-air summer kitchen with a BBQ/ pizza oven and a beautiful private space for open-air dining. Meanwhile, inside the house is fully equipped to entertain and delight guests of all ages and features a pool table, a books library and a gaming console along with a music stereo and iPod docking station. There is also a Turkish bath/hammam for absolute relaxation.

The house features a full kitchen for a carefree stay; guests will find all amenities from a Nespresso coffee machine to a fridge and toaster at their disposal here. Private parking, free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workplace are also available at this dynamic and vibrant holiday home in Antibes!

Just a few steps away, are Antibes Landmark, Antibes Golf and Biot to enjoy with family and friends. You can also enjoy a sun-soaked day at one of the pristine beaches, such as Plage les Groules, located a mere 15-minute walk from your rental. For art enthusiasts, the renowned Picasso Museum is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vibrant party atmosphere of Juan-Les-Pins is also about the same distance. You can also indulge in delectable Provençal cuisine at nearby restaurants or visit the famous Cours Massena, a local, open-air market selling fresh produce within a 15-minute drive from here.
