Luxurious Beach Apartment, Juan Les Pins

Contemporary one bed apartment, located between the historical towns of Antibes and Cannes on the Cote D'Azur. 'Domaine Juan Flore' is a beach front gated residence which boasts a fabulous pool and children’s pool in beautiful landscaped gardens. All amenities are in the immediate area including supermarkets, bakeries and local markets. This stylish ground floor apartment comes with all mod cons including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. The spacious living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet and DVD. The bedroom and living room open onto a private terrace and garden where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy an evening's barbecue with some nice French wine! Domaine Juan Fleur is just 20 minutes drive from Nice Airport and on a direct bus route. It is just a short stroll to the restaurants and nightlife of Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan Marina. From here, the whole of the Cote D'Azur, Nice, Monaco, Italy and the quaint hill top villages, can be easily explored by car, bus or rail. For your convenience, we provide; free of charge, all bed linen, towels and beach towels so that you may travel light. For young families we also provide an infant travel cot, high chair and baby bath, again free of charge. There is also a secure private garage in the basement.

Please not the wonderful outdoor pool opens from the early June until late September.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Apartment as described in advert. As we had no car the apartment was ideally placed to walk to Juan les Pins or Golfe Juan. Beach was very convenient, 5 minutes walk. Most foodstuffs available within a short distance, especially the very good boulangerie and alimentation. The apartment was well equipped and the extras - beach chairs, parasol, towels were much appreciated. The outside area was in daily use, whether to dine out, relax in the evening or enjoy the evening sun. With no car we relied on bus transport which was nearby, cheap and frequent. Would definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Stay

This property is an ideal place to explore Nice, Cannes, and even Monaco. It's less than a 10 minute walk to a lovely local beach. The property is very clean and has everything you will need for your stay. The communication was first class from the property owners. We will certainly return. Thank you for all your help and recommendations for areas to visit and good restaurants, this was very helpful.

My Daughter and I stayed here for 8 days. The property was close to to the beach and all amenities. The ground floor apartment has a great backyard for sitting out during the day and evening. The host was sensational from the moment of booking to the day we left

The apartment is lovely and VERY well equipped. Melanie is a delight to deal with and happy to offer advice. The area is fabulous - right on a lovely beach and 15 minutes easy walk to both Juan les pins and golf Juan with a long sandy beach all the way along.

Just leaving today. The apartment had everything we required for out 2 week stay. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge and the garden was super for coming home too. Close to beach and we used the deckchairs etc to go to the beach. Mid way between Juan Les pins and Juan golfe. Both have nice restaurants and facilities. Supermarket very close by and we took the trolley to the supermarket to carry everything home. Didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. It is a great area with lots to do and see. Will be back

The first impression of the apartment was of how clean and well kept it is. Melanie obviously takes great pride in this property and keeps it as she would like it herself. The kitchen is very well equipped, microwave, toaster etc and a high chair and travel cot was available for us too. The garden is a huge plus point. I’m sure not many apartments have gardens in this area/complex, and it really made our holiday. We took a little paddling pool for the afternoons, and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening when the children were in bed. The pool was closed for maintence but I’m sure this would have been lovely too. A lovely little beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is a very well stocked supermarket (fish and meat counter etc) less than 10 minutes walk away, next to some restaurants. You wouldn’t need a car, though if you do have one, there are lots of fantastic places to explore not too far away. Golfe-Juan has is a lovely little marina with lots of lovely restaurants around it, this is a 15/20 minutes walk along the beach front, with a pushchair, and our 5 year old could manage the walk and back for lunch. All in all, a lovely place which we would thoroughly reccomend.

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super schön dekoriert. Melanie hat an alles gedacht und lies keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand und das Supermarkt war 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Restaurants waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand war sehr sauber und aus feinem Sand. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr innerhalb der kürzeste Zeit zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und top Organisiert. Wir werden bestimmt die Wohnung in Zukunft öfters buchen.

Gemütliches Urlaubsnest

Apartment und die Anlage Juan Flore sind wunderschön, Apartment für 2 Personen oder kleine Familien. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und vor allem der Strand sind nah und machen den Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm. Unsere Hosts waren super hilfreich, zuvorkommend und liebenswert. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen, leider ist die Straße, die in der Nähe des Apartments vorbeiführt, manchmal doch zu hören.
