Liked: Location
The good: The property is on the third floor with an elevator in central Juan Les Pins. Shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants right outside. Bus stop at corner, train less than 7-min walk, 10-min easy walk to a nice beach and the sea front. Slightly dated style, but functional. Modern kitchen appliances, washing machine. Balcony overlooking street with seating, Nice big sofa (bed) in the open plan living, dining, kitchen space, together with dining table. Huge TV & Air Con, which we used for our last night as it got hot. Bedroom-1 has a very comfortable king bed, except for the pillows! Bedroom-2 has a bunk beds. Bathroom with twin sink, WC and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Separate WC too. Free parking is available but anything bigger than a compact car will be challenging to park as it's very tight. The "could be" better: On arrival the key got stuck in the door and only by chance were we able to figure out the position required to remove it. We were only provided with one towel each for the entire 8 days stay, and one dish towel. There were no extra pillows, no toilet paper, paper towels or rubbish bags. The kitchenware was dirty. There were no instructions for the cooker or AC. We never met the host, and they were not reciprocal on our requests.Summary: We were 3 people, ultimately, we had a nice time, it served its purpose, it was comfortable. For Jewish travelers, this place is a 7-min walk to Habad, kosher eateries stores.
