Nice property in a beautiful estate.

We had a great stay at this property. The vendor was responsive during the booking process and generously allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The house itself is beautiful, clean, well-kept, and located in a quiet, gated estate. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable short stay.However, there were a couple of downsides. We had to collect and return the keys at the vendor’s office, which meant extra taxi costs. More importantly, we had some difficulty reaching the property manager after check-in, as our calls and messages went unanswered when we needed assistance.Despite these issues, the overall experience was excellent. With improvements to the key exchange process and guest communication, this would easily be a five-star stay.
